What can I say right from the start the staff were lovely and helpful. My son was having major knee surgery at southmead hospital so we booked here for 2 nights. My son went to breakfast this morning and took a turn for the worse Michelle I think her name was at the front desk couldnt of been more helpful she got him a glass of water and kept making sure he was ok. Yes this hotel is a little outdated but clean. Beds comfortable. I would definitely come here again. Staff were outstanding a big credit to the hotel. Many thanks again Tina it isnt about the look its about being comfortable and clean and it was both.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. (I'm really not bothered by the furniture being old since the bed was comfortable.) Spare towel available in the wardrobe.The continental breakfast was just what we needed, however the dining room was a little cold.Only one key for a shared room: didn't bother us, but could be significant for someone else.
Stayed for 1 night. Check in very good and friendly staff. Room was very clean and good facilities. Overall a very good stay. Would recommend
Proper s@&t hole!... It's amazing that places like this still exist in 2018. The whole place genuinely looks like it hasn't had a refit since the early 90's.
