Karen was very professional and friendly. We were very pleased with the results on both carpets we had cleaned one of which was an old wool carpet which came up as good as new. We have used Karen at Bonne Fresh Clean a couple of times now and she has been fantastic on both occasions. Would 100% recommend! We had a lot of stains on our sofa and carpet from training our puppy, Karen has managed to get them all out and make it look and smell as good as new again! We couldnt be more pleased and I cant recommend Karen enough! Will definitely be using her again in the future!
