They offer a superb service here at a reasonable price. I have to say I was very impressed with my whole treatment plan - until my appointment this morning!After my final treatment session I was told to make a follow up appointment for six months to check all was well. I readily agreed to this and duly went to my appointment this morning. After a five minute consultation and an x-ray being taken I was told all was well, which I already knew as I had had no problems. I was then invited to make another appointment for one year hence which I was in the process of doing until Shelly informed me there was a 75 fee for today's appointment and the same 75 again for the next one.I was absolutely outraged and objected strongly to making this payment. It was inferred when this appointment was made that it was a follow up to the treatment and was part of the treatment plan - never at any time was a 75 fee mentioned. Needless to say I had to make the payment, but I would advise future clients to be very careful about what is and is not included in their treatment plan.Again, I have to say I was very impressed with the treatment I received but this has left a very sour taste and to my mind totally avoidable. If I had been told I had to pay for this appoointment I would not have made it as I knew there was nothing wrong but I was told it was part of the package.Very, very bad practice by this company and I am bitterly disappointed as I have been recommending them to all my friends. This would have had five stars if not for this incident!
Having been quoted a ridiculous, greedy price for implants in my native Bath, I went online ...and found Dental Care Plus...who quoted just over half for the same treatment.You get what you pay for, I thought to myself; if it's cheap, it must be second rate...mmmm!Well, the first appointment is free...so...From the very first phone call, to Shelley, through the months of treatment, which wasn't all straight forward, the whole process was excellent, professional, well organised, flexible ...and exactly what Yannis had said it would be at the first interview. He takes such care to explain everything, to answer any questions; nothing is too much bother, and when there are hiccups (I had three implants), a simple phone call and everything was sorted out. Yannis and his Nurse, Yvonne, are an amazing team, good humoured and efficient whatever the situation. There were real LoL moments...pain is minimal, and Yannis' instructions and explanations are comprehensive and helpful. He is so calm, confident and authoritative; I rapidly developed complete confidence in him...justified!He does nothing but implants...doesn't dabble in it, or do a couple a week. He is an expert.If you are just looking at the website, and wondering...I promise you, the team and their work are fantastic! Their prices may be better than elsewhere (especially so if you live in Bath!) but their equipment is cutting edge, and the work done is excellent..brilliant value. As you may have gathered, I am delighted with the work that they have done for me; I know that I can go back if there is ever a problem; I simply can't recommend them highly enough! Shelley gives a wonderfully warm welcome, and hot drinks, on occasion!(As a plus, the Clinic is very easy to access...and there is ALWAYS parking. For a Bathonian, that is very good news!)I have no connection, other than as a customer.
As soon as I called the DentalCare Plus centre I felt reassured. From the initial call to final fitting visit the experience was professional, supportive and reassuring.With my treatment complete I can honestly say I hope i never have to have the treatment again, but know where I would go back to if needed. The team are amazing!!
